Who needs a haircut?

This picture has prompted me to want to cut her hair. I want to do it myself but I’m worried that I’ll give her a bad bowl cut. But I’m too cheap to take her somewhere just to get a trim. I really just want some shape to it a little. Anyone have any ideas? Should I just try to do it myself? She’s too young to hate me if it looks bad right?
