Katie turned a whole 18 months old last week! I can’t believe so much happens in the first year and a half of a little person’s life. I remember when we got so excited just because she rolled over. Now she’s running around and talking. At her recent doctor appointment, the doc said she was doing great. She got 4 vaccinations and didn’t even cry! Here are her stats:

Weight: 22 lbs 12 oz (25%)
Heght: 32″ (60%)
Head Circumference: 18 1/4″ (49%)

Pish complained that I haven’t been keeping track of her major milestones so I’ll list some here.

- Katie can count from 1-6. Well..actually 2-6. For some reason, she refuses to say 1 lately.
- She can pick out these shapes and numbers. ie. circle, square, heart, star, 2, 5
- After she farts, I ask her what was that? She says, “dada fart”. haha!
- She loves to read books and usually goes through every book in her collection everyday.
- She loves water and nevers wants to get out of the bath.
- She lets us floss and brush her teeth now.
- She can name all her favorite aunties and calls my brother “foo foo”
- She still loves to dance (which involves her spinning in circles until she falls over)
- She loves to color
- Her favorite character is Elmo
- She was never attached to a stuffed animal before but now she has to sleep with her monkey who she calls “ahh..ahh”.
