Katie had her 2 year doctor appointment last week.  She really likes her doctor so it was an easy visit.  She only had one shot this time and didn’t cry.  She was more interested in the Tweety bird band aid.  The doctor was surprised how much she was talking and asked us if she really was only 2 yrs old.    He said everything looked healthy and he also mentioned we can switch from whole milk to 2% milk now.

Weight:  25.5 lbs          35%

Height:  35 in                 80%

Head Circ:  19 in           75%

Looks like she’s on the taller side compared to other kids her age but is lower in weight.  That might be changing soon though.  For the past week and a half, she has been eating A LOT.  She never asked for food before but now she asks for food all day and has been eating way more at meals.  I’m guessing it is a growth spurt or her stomach just grew bigger when she hit 2 years old.
