Fighter!

I did my weekly cleaning of his bowl but he freaked out a bit more than usual when I put him in a separate bowl. After I finished cleaning the bowl, I put him back and he started to float on his side! It freaked me out but he’d swim a little and then go back straight again. For the next four hours or so, he’d keep floating on his side and sometime completely upside down. Pish gave up on him and wanted me to flush the fish but I promised Pish’s mom I would bury the fish when it died. I wasn’t ready to give up on Harvard yet though. I could see him fighting and trying to swim normally. Later that night we checked on him and he was swimming normally! Somehow he fought it off and seems healthy again. phew!

Haha. Sounds like it might be an air bladder problem…

He lasted another two weeks and then he croaked. He was at least a year old already.
