Day one of underwear at school was a success! Only one accident. Not bad for being at school for 9 hours. I’m so proud of our little Katie!

Today is the first day Katie is wearing underwear at school.  Cross your fingers for no accidents!  Just in case I packed three extra pairs of shorts, underwear and socks for her.  This weekend she did not pee in her Pull Up at all and yesterday she wore underwear all day at my mom’s house.  Yay Katie!

Katie used to be scared of public restroom toilet, I think because they are so big but this weekend she didn’t seem to mind them.  However, when we were in the restroom at Dim Sum, she said, “It’s dirty here”.  Then at Target she said, “It’s clean here.”  She’s got a good nose. 

Another note I forgot to mention is my Disneyland post is the cool Baby Center they have on Main Street.  Katie said she had to poo so we headed to the nearest bathroom which happened to be the Baby Center.  Two ladies were in the front lobby area, greeted us nicely and asked how they could help.  I said Katie needed to use the potty and they directed me to the back.  It was really nice in there.  In the back, there were changing tables and then two stalls with mini toilets which are just the right size for a toddler.  Katie went and sat down and actually pooped.  woo hoo!  They have those same potties at school but I wish we had one those at home.
