Do any of you go to a chiropractor regularly?  I’ve always been weary about the adjustments (cracking) part so I’ve never been.  Well, recently I found out my PPO insurance covers massages at the chiropractor.  So I set up and appointment.  I received an examination, adjustment and an hour massage for only a $10 co-pay.  I also found out that my insurance covers 60 visits in a calendar year.  awesome!

However, after my massage, I was sore for 3 days.  I guess it was too much deep tissue.  Around the same time my carpal tunnel has been acting up and hurts really bad.  Today I just went back for another massage with a different massage therapist and it was SOO much better.  She made me completely relaxed and my hand and forearm are no longer sore.  Hour massages for $10 is a great deal.  I’m not going to get an adjustment every time though.  I’m scared he’s going to crack something out of place.
